Stationery Order

Welcome to the Hillbrook Anglican School On-line Stationery Order System. The facility allows parents and students to make up a personlised order form for subject specific stationery requirements. At the end of the following process your order will be automatically sent to the Stationery shop for packing. You may also print a copy of the order form for your reference.

Orders placed by 19/1/2010 will be packed and ready for pickup from 27/1/2010. Orders placed after the 19/1/2010 may not be available until 1/2/2010.

For orders placed after the 19/1/2010, please call the stationery shop on 3354 6456 to confirm order is ready for collection.

Important Note re Payment: Orders are to be paid for at the time of collection. They will NOT be added to your school fees statement.

How does the process work?

Once you enter student name and contact details, the system uses the year level to present a list of subjects for that year level. From there, select the subjects the student is taking and the system will then present a list of stationery requirements for the selected subjects.

Please note that for items not listed as required for the selected subjects, you will need to visit the stationery shop. A facility for the online ordering of these other stationery items will be available at a later date.
